Hour of Power

Published Fri 12 May 2017

Rowing WA's last Hour of Power was on Strength and Conditioning led by Greg Morgan (Former WAIS Strength and Conditioning Coach) and Leon Vogels from Body Logic Physiotherapy, (Leon is also a Rowing Australia Physio)

We had record attendance numbers for the session and we have had very positive feedback about how good the session was. For more information on the session and to see some brief highlights, go our web page here.

Make sure that you don't miss out on the next Hour of Power which will be on Rigging Part 1, being brought to you by MIke Quinn. Mike will be covering off all the basics of rigging and how to make the boat work best for you. For more information on this session and to register click here.

We will have Rigging part 2 where we will discuss the next level of rigging and whether better rigging for you or better technology will make your boat go faster. Keep a look out for this session and many more by going to our Events Calendar here
