The following groups of people are eligible to purchase a WA State Blazer:

•  WA State Team Members competing in Open Events, they must have raced in the boat i.e. not reserve.
•  WA Olympic and Paralympic athletes or coaches – including past athletes and coaches
•  WA State Team Coach – Principal Coach of a State Team for a minimum of 3 years. (does not have to be consecutive years)
•  Life Members – including past members
•  WA Masters State Team Member competed at a Masters Interstate Event, they must have raced in the boat i.e. not reserve.
•  Boat Race Officials – minimum service of 5 years at Level 2
•  Board Members – after completion of one full term (i.e. 3 years) including past members
•  Key Volunteers (where approved by the Board from time-to-time)
•  Rowing WA Staff (full time only after 1 year) - cost covered by Rowing WA
