Below are a range of resources to assist clubs that have regatta hosting responsibilities.

The Regatta Hosting Guide outlined below is specifically for regattas held at Champion Lakes. However, the resource can still be utilised as a guide for regattas at other locations.

The above resources may be updated from time to time. So please check for the most current version if you are hosting a regatta in the near future.

RWA is currently working on a significantly more detailed Regatta Management Plan that provides information relevant to all parties involved in the conduct of rowing regattas including host clubs, RWA staff and RWA Boat Race Officials.
