Filling out this form allows you to participate in a Rowing WA activity.

By completing this form I acknowledge that I will be taking out a one-day licence with Rowing WA for no fee to cover my participation in this Coastal Rowing activity. In taking out this one-day licence I recognise that I will covered by the Rowing WA Personal Accident Insurance Policy.

I also acknowledge that I am aware of, satisfied with and understand the Rowing Australia Terms and Conditions (view here) which affect my legal rights and obligations to participate in rowing in Australia.

I also acknowledge that I will take all reasonable care when using Rowing WA’s equipment and respond to all reasonable directions from RWA staff and volunteers.
