Hong Kong Crew Returns for All Schools #2
Published Mon 22 Jun 2026
The youth squad from the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club (RHKYC) will return to Perth this week to compete at All Schools #2 on Saturday 27 June, building on a successful visit in 2025.
The 2026 tour sees an expanded group of athletes travelling to Western Australia, reflecting the strength of the growing relationship between RHKYC, All Saints’ College and the Curtin University Boat Club.
As part of their visit, the squad will also tour the Western Australian Institute of Sport, offering valuable insight into high-performance training environments and pathways for aspiring athletes.
The visit forms part of the Asian Engagement program, supported by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, which continues to create valuable development opportunities for athletes and coaches from both regions.
Now in its third year, the program has strengthened international connections while showcasing Western Australia as a destination for training and competition.
Rowing WA looks forward to welcoming the visiting athletes and coaches, and to supporting them across the regatta to ensure a memorable experience on the water in Western Australia.
