Rowing WA is proud to congratulate Charlotte Hansen-Knarhoi, Olivia Hansen-Knarhoi, Oceane Jeannerat and Stella Wandel on their selection in the Australian Under 19 Women’s Coxless Four, set to represent Australia at the 2026 World Rowing Under 19 Championships.

This selection marks a historic milestone for Western Australian rowing, with the crew becoming the second all-Western Australian women’s coxless four selected for an Australian Under 19 team – a remarkable achievement that reflects both the depth of talent and the strength of development pathways in the state.

All four athletes have come through WA clubs and programs, with strong ties to the Fremantle Rowing Club and the WA high performance system. Their selection follows a highly competitive national trial process and recognises the crew’s commitment, consistency and performance throughout the season.

As part of their campaign, the crew is required to contribute towards the costs associated with competing internationally. The athletes are fundraising collectively to support their World Championships campaign, with community support playing a crucial role in making the opportunity possible.

Supporters can contribute via the crew’s Australian Sports Foundation (ASF) fundraising page, helping them take the next step on the international stage:

Rowing WA congratulates Charlotte, Olivia, Oceane and Stella on this outstanding achievement and encourages the WA rowing community to get behind this historic crew as they prepare to represent Australia on the world stage.
