The Art of Coxing for Coxswains and Coaches hour of power will aim to provide some tips and skills for coxswains of all levels and to provide coaches with some tips and pointers for how to teach a cox the most crucial skills of coxing.

The session will cover what makes a great coxwains including steering, communication and racing and will look to participants through various scenarios.

Participants will also receive a take home guide of steering and coxing tips.

Ticket Price:

  • Individuals: $10.00 each
  • Club/School Ticket: $50.00 (allows as many of your members to attend as you wish)
