Adrian Schonfeld from WAIS has worked with rowing for 6 years.  Adrian's session will be educational & include the following topics:

  • how athletes manage pain differently;
  • how we can influence technique change in rowing;
  • how coaches can influence positive thinking in athletes.

  • Individuals can register for $10
  • Clubs and schools can purchase a bulk ticket for $50 which allows as many of your members to come as you wish.
