Club Development Roundtable - Club Finances & Member Accountability

Rather than traditional workshops or presentations, these sessions have been designed as facilitated roundtable discussions, bringing clubs together to share experiences, discuss common challenges, exchange ideas, and explore practical solutions that may assist others within our rowing community.

The series aims to strengthen collaboration between clubs, foster peer learning, and create an environment where challenges, successes, lessons learned, and resources can be openly shared.
