Ordinary Members (Club) Delegates and observers, RWA Life Members, 
Officers and Staff

 

The meeting will be held at the Rowing WA Boardroom, located at level 2, 4 The Esplanade, Mt pleasant (above The Rowing Pavilion). For those unable to attend in person, participation via Teams video conference will be available. For those attending virtually, the Teams meeting details will be distributed alongside the agenda in due course.

It is important that each member club has a representative present at this meeting to stay informed about significant opportunities, risks, and developments within the realm of rowing and the broader sporting environment. Key agenda items will include key club updates, Rowing Australia update and RWA key projects update.

Please be reminded that any notices of motion or agenda item suggestions from member clubs must be submitted to the CEO by COB Tuesday, 5 May 2026. 

The agenda and associated papers will be circulated by COB Wednesday, 6 May 2026.
