🏖️Beach Sprint Regatta #2 – Canning Bridge, 14 December 8am - 2pm
Welcome to the second Beach Sprint Regatta of the season!
Surf boat rowers, flat water rowers, and anyone else keen to have a blast on the beach - mark this in your diary.
We invite people of all ages and abilities to join us across three boat classes, and get ready to have as much fun as you've ever had at a regatta!
No equipment is required - we provide the coastal boats and all the gear - you just rock up, ready to have a great time.
The three events on offer for this regatta are:
- Men's Solo (CM1x)
- Women's Solo (CW1x)
- Mixed Double (CMix2x)
There is no beach sprint experience required, these boats are easy to learn to use, and very beginner friendly.

How to Enter: On this page, click the 'register' button, and follow the prompts on this event to secure your entries.
- CM1x/CW1x entry fee: $15
- CMix2x entry fee: $20
At this stage we are not limiting entries for this event.
Important Information
- All crews must have two Boat Handlers - people who support the departure and arrival of the crew from the beach by handling the boat, and helps the rowers navigate the course once they're out on the water. These people will be required to stand in the water to help control the boat. You'll need to list their name, DOB and email address at registration.
- Competitors are expected to assist with boat loading/unloading.
- Teams with multiple boats should double up on boat handlers (minimum of 4 per Club).
- Note for Mix2x crews: only one person needs to do the entry. The registrant lists the name of their other crew member upon entry, and they'll be sent a waiver to complete prior to racing.

Thank you to Fremantle SLSC for their enthusiastic support of Beach Sprint development here in WA! They are providing significant support for this event.
