This Hour of Power is focused on common rowing Injuries and how best to avoid them.
The session will be highly educational and practical, providing participants from all levels with tips and skills that they can take away and use.
Hosted by Sarah Hammond registered Physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor, Sarah is also the current physiotherapist for Rowing Australia's Junior National Team
Individuals can register for $10 or clubs and schools can purchase a bulk ticket for $50 which allows as many of your members to come as you wish.
