Club Development Program

2020 Focus: Club Best Practice

We to look to provide a meaningful development program to clubs that address current and relevant issues. For each topic the aim is to further develop the club’s ability to successfully deliver outcomes. In many instances this will result from the sharing of information between clubs. RWA will continue to engage with the most appropriate industry experts who can tailor their presentations specifically to suit club’s needs. For example, if most clubs have a basic understanding of social media and all have set up Facebook pages then there is no need to explain how to do it. The discussion could focus on increasing Facebook page likes or increasing your page’s exposure.

Rowing WA will be holding another club development workshop in August.
