By registering for and/or attending the Rower of the Year Awards, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that participation in this event may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

2. Release of Liability
   I hereby release and hold harmless Rowing WA, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Consent
   In the event of an emergency, I authorize Rowing WA and its representatives to secure medical treatment deemed necessary. I agree to be responsible for any costs incurred.

4. Photography and Media Release
   I grant permission for Rowing WA and its partners to use photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. I waive any rights to compensation or ownership of such media.

5. Code of Conduct
   I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the event. Rowing WA reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this code without refund.
