Meet Our Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Team!

With just 12 days to go to the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics, excitement is building for our Aussie Para rowers!

Para rowing legends Kathryn Ross & Erik Horrie are competing in their 4th & 3rd Paralympics respectively, & are joined by 6 highly talented Olympic debutants - Simon Albury, Nikki Ayers, Alexandra Viney, James Talbot, Thomas Birtwhistle & Renae Domaschenz.

Check out their official Paralympic profiles HERE

Ones to Watch for Para Rowing - Erik Horrie

The five-time world champion is especially one to keep a close eye on in the sport for his story. He will have to get by nemesis Roman Polianskyi, who upset him in Rio. But he beat the Paralympic champion at the 2017 and 2018 Worlds, and hopes to repeat that on the Paralympic stage in the men’s single sculls (PR1M1x).

The Tokyo 2020 Paralympics commence on Tuesday, 24th August 2021 with the rowing regatta kicking off Friday, 27th August. Get behind our wonderful Aussie Paralympians & cheer them on from home!
