Congratulations Sharon Anne Jones!

The 2021 World Rowing Indoor Championships, presented by Concept2, are currently being held with the last day tomorrow.

Rowing WA would like to congratulate Sharon Jones (CUBC), a brilliant Masters rower who yesterday won gold in the 500m Women's 60+ category.

Competing virtually from here in WA, it was a tight race from beginning to end - the race video is well worth a watch!

Eminent Crews to Compete at EQ Regatta!

The pride of Western Australian men’s rowing from the 1990’s and 2000’s will be back on the water next weekend to take on the 2021 State Crews in Elizabeth Quay.

Come on down to Elizabeth Quay on Saturday, 6th March to watch these awesome crews battle it out on the water!

EQ Regatta Volunteers - We Need You!

It’s that time of year again for rowing under the lights at Elizabeth Quay & we are getting volunteers together to put on another successful & entertaining regatta!!

However you are able to assist, it would be great to see you for the EQ Neon Lights Regatta. This is a great event & such a unique format for rowing.

Tell your friends, family & others in the rowing community that may be interested in assisting for a few hours. No prior experience necessary!!

Update on the 2021 Regatta

As a result of the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Committee of Management of Henley Royal Regatta has reluctantly concluded that the 2021 Regatta cannot now be held from 29 June to 4 July at Henley-on-Thames as originally planned.

However, the Committee is instead exploring the potential to stage the Regatta in August, in Henley should conditions allow, or if not, at Dorney Lake.
