Joe Tamigi is a stalwart in the rowing community. Known for his coaching skills & guidance while mentoring young rowers, his love for rowing is evident in his results. His devotion to the sport has now extended beyond activity on the water to a legacy that will endure the test of time.

The perpetual "Ann Tamigi Memorial Trophy" has been donated to the WA rowing community in loving memory of Joe's mother Ann who was the driving force behind him becoming involved in rowing.

Navigational Safety Advice - Installation of Mussel Reefs - Swan River

For all rowing clubs/schools/coaches

Works to install Blue Mussel Reefs on the Swan River are now underway. Limestone rubble is being loaded onto a large barge which will then be manoeuvred by a tug to the site locations. The Barge & tug are restricted in their ability to manoeuvre & at times may need to be navigated around by smaller water craft.

Please circulate the PDF TNTM from the Department of Transport to club members to ensure awareness of the works & responsibilities between vessels.
